Work With Us
2026 Season
– Job Posting –
Agricola is a worker’s cooperative located in Papineauville, Petite-Nation, that has been growing organic vegetables and flowers since 2019. Our field team consists of six worker-owners and nine seasonal employees. We farm 13 acres, in 5 greenhouses and several tunnels, using bio-intensive, semi-mechanized methods, with a strong interest in innovations in small-scale agriculture.
Our farm is committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive, transparent, and meaningful work environment. We place particular importance on collaboration, communication, and respect for ourselves, others, and our ecosystem.
In 2026, we will produce vegetables and flowers for approximately 300 CSA baskets, two farmers’ markets, our farm stand, and for wholesale to other businesses that share our vision of healthy, accessible, and locally sourced food.
